Calm visual timer

Watch time shrink instead of counting it. A soft disc, a gentle chime, no ads, no sign-up.

How long?

Tip: tap the circle, or press the space bar, to start or pause.

How it works

  1. Pick a time, or type your own.
  2. Press start. The disc shrinks as time passes. Hide the numbers if they stress you.
  3. When the disc is gone, a soft chime plays. Then you decide: keep going, or stop.

Why it helps ADHD brains

Time can feel invisible with ADHD. A shape that shrinks makes it something you can see at a glance, without reading numbers.

Short timers lower the bar: “just two minutes” is often enough to get going.

Questions

Is it free?

Yes. No ads, no account, no tracking cookies.

Does it keep going if I switch tabs?

Yes. The timer keeps time in the background and chimes when it ends. Some browsers only allow sound after you’ve tapped the page once, so press start yourself.

Can I use it for Pomodoro?

Yes. 25 minutes is a classic Pomodoro block, but shorter blocks are fine too. Pick what feels doable.
